The RADORA trading platform has a unique built-in referral system that includes three ways to earn money, that is, three (affiliate) programs that allow each registered participant (buyer), as well as a participant (supplier) to receive both active and passive income.
Referral (or referral, from the English referral - “direction”) - a person who made a purchase of goods using the affiliate link, and for suppliers - a new supplier who registered on the trading platform using the affiliate link. It is customary to call a participant who attracts cooperation by analogy a “referrer” (English referrer). The procedure and method of earning in the referral system correlates with the voluntary participation or non-participation of participants of buyers and suppliers indicated on the terms and in accordance with clause 1.1.7., clause 1.1.8., clause 1.1.9. and clause 1.2.1. User Agreement and registered on the specified sites in such an agreement.
Affiliate - a participant in the affiliate program of the referral system, who invited a new participant to the trading platform on the terms for a fee of the corresponding method of earning described below in the text and at percentage rates established by the trading platform in the categories of goods, at rates in fixed amounts of the relevant currencies established by suppliers for their particular product and at percentage rates set by the trading floor for bringing a new reliable supplier to the trading floor.
The first way for buyers to make money in their personal account is their desire to do so, when they can go to the referral system tab, where you can see your individual referral link and, if you wish, distribute your link among your acquaintances and friends on the Internet. When making purchases on the trading platform by referrals using your individual link for the site www.radora.ru (for settlements in rubles), for the site www.radora.hk (for settlements in US dollars), you will receive deductions to your personal account from trading platform in the currency in which your home address is registered. Deductions occur automatically and contain premium percentages for the category of goods established by the trading platform in order to attract buyers and, as a result, increase sales of suppliers. The effect of such a link to an attracted buyer is limited to a weekly period and is not unlimited. So, for example, if a person went to the site using this link and after that within a week - 7 (seven) days did not register on it and did not make a purchase, then in this case it is considered that the link did not work and if such a person even in the subsequent and passed registration, then it is not assigned to the affiliate and when he purchases goods on the sites, deductions do not occur through such a link in categories at rates set by the trading platform. If a person came through one link to the site and did not register, and then during the first link went through another link and registered and made a purchase, then the person (referral) is assigned by the program to the affiliate through the last link. This allows each affiliate to form (combine) their referrals in an unlimited number for themselves and, when making purchases from their side, always receive passive income without a time limit in one or another category of goods, in accordance with which purchases were made at the appropriate remuneration rates established trading platform.
The second way to make money for any registered buyer (affiliate), the RADORA trading platform provides the opportunity to receive, if desired, from the table "products participating in the referral system" the accrued amounts of the corresponding currencies offered by the suppliers themselves as a reward for promoting their products, links of which to a specific product can also be distributed on the Internet, creating various kinds of advertising approaches to attract customers to purchase a particular product. You can use any products from the table "products participating in the referral system" without restrictions. If any link works and a transition is made through it and a product is purchased, the program will automatically calculate and credit to your account the amount of remuneration from the supplier in the currency in which your home address for the site www.radora.ru is registered (for payments in rubles ) , for the site www.radora.hk (for settlements in US dollars).
In this case, the accrual of bonus amounts occurs through that specific link from the specific method of the referral system that worked when the buyer bought the goods. The program does not summarize the first and second ways of earning when a buyer purchases a product.
In the event that the account of the user - the buyer (affiliate) is closed by the operator of the trading platform for violating the rules of the User Agreement, all referrals of such an affiliate after 10 (ten) days from the date of the warning issued by the operator of the site about such violation of the User Agreement, are detached from his account without a refund and accruals from purchases of referral goods and money from suppliers are no longer made, and the account will be unavailable. The affiliate can withdraw funds upon application for their withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the warning about the violation of the User Agreement and the closing of the account. The remaining, not withdrawn funds, after the expiration of 30 (thirty) days, are transferred to the income of the trading platform and are not subject to withdrawal due to the lack of an application on his part for their withdrawal, which is considered a refusal of such funds in favor of the trading platform and an additional application for refusal from them and consent to such a transfer of funds is not required. The trading platform is not interested in such an outcome and will always strive to create an honest environment for mutually beneficial cooperation among all users of the above sites.
If you are a citizen (resident) of Russia within the framework of this referral (partnership) program, you will not be able to receive cash rewards in foreign currency except in rubles and at the Central Bank rate in case of purchase using your referral link on the foreign international platform of the above sites. All other citizens, residents of other countries wishing to participate in the referral program will receive bonus amounts; - for China in yuan, for Hong Kong and other countries in US dollars.
The procedure for withdrawing bonus money under referral programs is carried out in a minimum amount of 200 US dollars, 1,500 yuan and 10,000 rubles, respectively, of the country's currency, upon application through the buyer's personal account, for a purchased product not returned by the buyer, from the date of receipt of which 14 days have passed. In the event of a return of goods, the referral program does not accrue bonus rewards, and the accrued ones are not paid out and are written off by the program with a corresponding record from the affiliate.
For buyers of Russian residents who operate under referral programs as individuals and have not concluded an agreement via the Internet with the operator of the trading platform of the above sites, bonus rewards are paid to the bank account of Russia indicated in the application with the last name, first name and patronymic of the referral (partner) corresponding his data when registering a personal account, with the withholding of 13% personal income tax (tax on income of an individual), which the organization (operator) of the trading platform will pay for it, and when concluding an agreement to participate in the referral program as an individual entrepreneur, self-employed, legal entity, bonus funds are transferred in at least the above minimum amounts to an account in a Russian bank without withholding any tax, and the burden of paying the relevant tax provided for by Russian legislation is transferred to the responsibility of the counterparty under the referral program on the basis of an agreement. For residents of other countries; - cash payments are made; - if the buyer is a resident of Russia on the website www.radora.ru (for settlements in rubles), which is income received from the sources of the Russian Federation and in accordance with the Tax Code, payment will occur with a deduction of 30% of personal income tax; - if the income is received from sources in other countries, the operator on the site www.radora.ru does not charge tax (for settlements in rubles) and the amount of bonus funds is transferred to a bank account at the request of an individual not belonging to the jurisdiction of Russia, the burden of paying taxes from income from the affiliate referral program of an individual of the relevant country of the relevant legislation, of which the individual is a resident, falls on such an individual himself.
The third way to earn a referral system on the above sites provides for an annual payment, directly to suppliers at their request in accordance with the concluded agreement and registered on the site as a participant - supplier, in the form of percentages established by the agreement for attracting other suppliers who paid the membership fee on the site in accordance with with the chosen price and territorial package. The participant-supplier attracting other suppliers to the site in accordance with the contract receives an annual bonus in the form of interest. The amount of interest depends on the payment for the package of the attracted supplier in relation to its paid package - the membership fee of the trading platform in accordance with the contract. Thus, annual deductions occur until the attracted supplier makes payment and the supplier who invited him also remains on the site and does not close his personal account. The number of suppliers invited to the site has no restrictions for one affiliate and will be his annual bonuses in accordance with the agreement on participation in the referral program for suppliers. At the same time, the link of the registered attracted new supplier is assigned to only one affiliate who invited such a supplier and confirmed the latter to such an invitation, at the obligatory request of the site operator and paid membership in the community on any of the above sites. This program allows not only to reduce the payment of membership fees to zero, but also annually passively and actively earn more than this by attracting new reliable suppliers without being tied to a particular country. The participant-supplier can also register his personal account of the "user-buyer" under a new login and password and also take part in the first two ways of earning in the referral system as an individual, individual entrepreneur or self-employed and thus earn extra money by promoting , both your own goods and the goods of other suppliers through your personal links and links to a specific product without restrictions on quantity and space on the terms, the procedure and method of earning which are described above in the first two ways for buyers registered on the above sites.
The procedure for participation in referral programs described above with the corresponding logic of the work of referral links and the accruals and payments made on them is an integral part of the User Agreement posted on the site www.radora.ru, which you accept in accordance with clause 12.6. of the User Agreement, you accept these terms and conditions for using the affiliate program of the referral system. Participation in the affiliate program of the referral system itself is a voluntary desire of each participant in his choice to participate, and the payment procedure itself takes place in accordance with the rules described above, taking into account the tax legislation corresponding to the source of income, according to the country residence ratio. For participants in referral programs by Russian taxpayers who have a special status of an individual entrepreneur, legal entity, self-employed, a cooperation agreement in order to optimize the tax burden is recommended by the trading platform, and if they do not want to conclude it, bonus amounts are paid in the general manner, as an individual with a deduction of 13% Personal income tax on the amount of payment and is paid by the operator of the trading platform on the website www.radora.ru (for settlements in rubles).
